As a real estate agent I promise you I will make it my mission to find the perfect property for you. I will locate all the available properties for sale and present them to you and accompany them with the data needed to make an informed and justified offer. Any agent can find a property for the buyer, but do they have the shrude business skills needed to perfectly orchestrate, negotiate, and defend a justified offer? Probably not.
As a selling agent I will not only provide my extensive experience in business, marketing, sales and negotiations as President of my own wholesale mortgage firm and 11 years experience writing home loans. What makes me different from most all other agents is my education in arts of media and production from the University of South Carolina.

One of the biggest if not the most important factors in selling a home is presentation to the public and other agents. Look at selling your home like a priceless artwork. Most agents have no understanding of photography, lighting, video, composition, internet/website technology and/or video production. If your home doesn’t look like the prettiest most eye popping picture then it just looks blah. That's where I come in. I graduated from University of S.C in media arts with a minor in video production. Granted I don't actively work in that arena now, but I still possess a knowledge superior to that of my fellow agents, and still have contacts, and experience with it needed to provide you with more options to sell your home.
Truth is most agents just take a 4-5 poorly done photos, put a sign in the yard, and post your home on a couple well known websites. With no understanding of how to take quality professional looking photos nor how to coordinate a professional video shoot with a crew and then dynamically edit it so that the home looks like a show piece. BUT; that’s not enough. After all the media is gathered it then has to be beautifully presented to as many people as it can. With me as your agent your home will have access to my private stock of partners and contacts within the media industry to piece it all together ensuring your home gets sold faster than any other, and for more money then you hoped.
I began in the mortgage industry in 1998. As a loan officer; today I am the President and CEO of a wholesale mortgage firm, Mortgage Professionals, LLC. Yes- I write insurance too. With the real estate crash beginning in 2007 I found myself with more free time than I’d like. So it was; I had to find another way to generate income in addition to separate myself further from my competitors. In 2008 I decided to offer another service to my clients, and I got licensed to write insurance with Bray Insurance Group also known as The BIG Agency. I personally focus the majority of my insurance efforts writing home owners coverage for my referrals, and Mortgage Professionals clients. My other core insurance business is comprised of commercial coverage for businesses. However, I can provide coverage for all lines.
